1. Commitment Statement

Everything Ultrasound Ltd is committed to achieving Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions across our UK operations by 2040. This includes emissions from:

• Scope 1: Direct emissions from owned or controlled sources
• Scope 2: Indirect emissions from the generation of purchased electricity
• Scope 3: Selected indirect emissions including:
  
  • Upstream transportation and distribution
  • Waste generated in operations
  • Business travel
  • Employee commuting
  • Downstream transportation and distribution

2. Our Approach

To meet this commitment, we will:

• Establish a baseline emissions year and calculate current emissions
• Develop and implement a Carbon Reduction Plan
• Transition to renewable energy sources where feasible
• Promote low-carbon transport and remote working
• Work with suppliers to reduce emissions across our supply chain
• Monitor progress annually and update our strategy accordingly
