Over nearly three decades, he built the company into the UK’s leading independent provider of diagnostic imaging equipment and services, serving both NHS trusts and private healthcare providers. The company specialised in ultrasound and X-ray equipment sales, rentals, and servicing, with operations across England and Scotland. Mi Healthcare's reputation for quality and reliability helped it establish long-term relationships with healthcare institutions. In 2016, the company received private equity backing from Foresight Group, which enabled it to expand its service offerings and geographical footprint. This investment was instrumental in scaling the business and preparing it for acquisition. In 2022, Mi Healthcare was acquired by Probo Medical, a U.S.-based global provider of refurbished diagnostic imaging equipment and services.

With over 25 year’s experience in the medical imaging industry, Rebecca brings deep expertise, proven leadership and commitment to exceptional service. Before founding Everything Ultrasound Rebecca was part of the senior management team at Mi Healthcare. Her background includes customer support, business development, sales and contract management. Rebeccas vision for Everything Ultrasound is clear – to offer trusted, independent alternative to traditional service providers – combining personalised, customer focused support, cost-effective solutions and industry leading expertise without the large overheads. She believes in building lasting customer relationships, based on transparency and technical excellence.

Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Everything Ultrasound, having spent over three decades at the forefront of ultrasound engineering, innovation and service leadership. In previous roles he has led technical teams, supported large scale NHS contracts, and helped deliver outstanding diagnostic imaging services across the UK. Gary’s career spans over 29 years in the ultrasound industry, and Everything Ultrasound encompasses all the aspects of exceptional service delivery. Our mission is to provide expert, responsive, and cost-effective ultrasound maintenance, support and bespoke technical training services. From probe repairs to preventative maintenance and every possible fault in between, Gary has seen and solved it all.
